Description: beige dress with blue polkadots; blue satin pleated waistband; short sleeves; cuffs are blue with red roses; this trim is also along the neckline and down the left side of the skirt; collar wraps around back of dress to a point with blue balls hanging off the point; collar ends at a point in the front with three button holes and three balls
Condition: okay; there are small rips all over dress; black stain at left hem
