Description: brown; cone shaped; hooping wire covered in brown twill tape; vertical stripes of twill tape all around skirt; hooping wire goes half way up cone; top 1/2 is suspended twill tape; twill tape waist band
Condition: very dirty; hooping wire casings starting to rust; bottom hooping wire has been reinforced with new twill tape; twill tape waistband has been reinforced in multiple places
